Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on April 8, 2026.

We at Laurel Ridge Retreat are working to make our site 454 Blackburn Farm accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We endeavor to make our website conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), to the extent reasonably possible for a small lodging business website.

  • Our website is designed to support accessibility features such as:

  • Clear and consistent navigation

  • Readable fonts and color contrast

  • Compatibility with common screen readers and assistive technologies

  • Keyboard navigation where supported by the site platform

  • Alternative text for images where applicable

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content

While we strive to ensure accessibility across all pages, some content or third‑party tools (such as booking engines, maps, or embedded content) may not fully meet accessibility standards at all times. We are actively working to improve accessibility as technology and resources allow.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or need assistance with information, reservations, or content, we welcome your feedback and are happy to help.

Requests, issues, and suggestions
